Youth Initiatives College Fair
The Museum invites all NYC high school students to a college fair. Students in the Museum's programs (After School Program, Science and Research Program, Lang Science Program, and Saltz Internship Program) are encouraged to come.7th Annual Youth Initiatives College Fair
FREE! Open to the public.
Location: School Reception Area (Across from the Hayden Planetarium).
We have 23 schools on board from Colorado, New York, Florida, and many many more! (See a list of confirmed schools below.)
Individuals: You, you and your parents, friends no registration necessary.
Groups: If you are an organization bringing 10 or more students, for the purposes of security we appreciate if you would take the time to pre-register for the event. You may do so by clicking here
Directions: To get to the Museum by subway take the B or C to 81st Street. Two blocks west of the Museum, the 1 train stops at Broadway and West 79th Street. To get to the Museum by bus take the M79 bus travels east/west on W. 79th Street across Central Park, with a stop next to the Museum on W.81st Street. Other buses also stop at or near the Museum, including the M7, M10, M11, M86 and M104. Need a local map to AMNH, click here
